This article draws to our attention those behaviors of ours that may “feel” good initially but are actually doing more harm and are unhealthy.
There are three suggestions that can help us regulate our unhealthy habits. First. making the right thing feel immediately good, by coupling it with a reward. Second, making the unhealthy move feel really bad by attaching it to a minor punishment. Lastly, setting clear goals and knowing where we stand.
